Policy Changes Coming December 1, 2025
Dear Recharged Community,
One of the things I’m most proud of at Recharged Pilates is how passionate and dedicated this community is. Our classes are full, our waitlists are long, and there is an incredible demand from people who want to show up and move with us. That’s an amazing problem to have, but it’s also one that requires responsibility and fairness from all of us.
Over the past few months, we’ve been listening closely to your feedback. Many of you have shared frustrations about not being able to get into fully booked classes, only to see empty reformers or mats go unused. Others expressed that our cancellation window doesn’t provide enough flexibility when plans change.
So, starting December 1st, 2025, we are updating our Late-Cancel and No-Show Policy to support both accountability and accessibility. Our goal is simple: If you reserve a spot, it's a commitment (and if you can’t make it, someone else should have the opportunity to).
What’s changing? The late cancel window will be 12 hours instead of 24, giving you more time to adjust reservations without penalty. Within 2 hours of class, waitlisted clients will get an auto text if a last-minute spot opens, so no space goes unused. To keep consistency across all clients, every membership or class package credit will incur a $20 fee for late cancellations and $30 for no-shows, in addition to losing the class credit. Single class credits and New Energy Intro Bundle credits will only lose the credit.
This change isn’t about turning penalties into profit for us. Penalty fees will continue to support our instructors and local non-profits. This is to help make classes more accessible, spots on our reformers and mats more reliable, and the Recharged experience better for everyone, instructors included.
