A Note From The Founder: Reflecting On 2025 & Moving With Intention Into 2026
As I sit down to write this, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.
Opening Recharged Pilates in 2025 was more than launching a business. It was bringing a vision to life. A vision rooted in movement, connection, energy, and a belief that when we take care of our bodies, everything else in life feels a little more possible.
We recently shared an Instagram post that mimicked a Spotify Wrapped, but for the studio. It highlighted classes taken, milestones reached, and moments that defined our year. While it was fun and lighthearted on the surface, it also stopped me in my tracks. Seeing Recharged summed up that way reminded me just how much has happened in such a short amount of time. And how much of that growth is because of you.
Whether you took your very first Pilates class with us, showed up weekly between classes and life commitments, tried something that challenged you, or simply made time for yourself… Thank you. You are the reason this studio exists, and I don’t take that lightly.
Moving Forward With Intention in 2026
As we move into 2026, my goal for Recharged is clarity and intention.
That means continuing to listen to how you’re using the studio and what you’re asking for with your time and energy. One of the clearest patterns we’ve seen is a growing demand for reformer classes. Because of that, our schedule is evolving.
You’ll notice fewer Full Body Mat Recharge and High Voltage Sculpt classes on the schedule moving forward. With this shift, we will no longer be offering monthly mat memberships. However, mat class packages will still be available, and all existing mat memberships remain active, so nothing changes for those currently enrolled.
This adjustment allows us to better support where our community is gravitating while still keeping mat Pilates accessible.
Embracing Change (Even When It’s Subtle)
Change isn’t something to fear. It’s how we grow.
In 2026, you may notice small refinements in class such as subtle changes to reformer settings, different phrasing in cues, or slightly adjusted transitions. These shifts are intentional and thoughtful, designed to help you move more efficiently, safely, and effectively.
While they may feel new at first, they’re rooted in the same foundation Recharged was built on: strong, mindful movement that supports your body long-term.
Consistency as the Focus
One of our biggest priorities heading into 2026 is consistency.
That means more consistent class formatting across instructors, starting with reformer classes. While every instructor will always bring their own personality and energy, the overall structure of class will feel more familiar and predictable. So you can focus less on figuring out what’s coming next and more on being present in your body.
Consistency builds confidence, and confidence is where real progress happens.
2026 Is Your Year
If there’s one thing I hope you take into this new year, it’s this: your time and energy matter.
2026 is your year to prioritize yourself. Not perfectly, not every day, but intentionally. To show up when you can, to move your body with purpose, and to choose consistency over all-or-nothing thinking.
Thank you for trusting Recharged Pilates with a piece of your routine and your life. I’m so excited for what’s ahead, and I’m honored to move into this next year with you.
Stay moving,
Olivia Harris
