Full Body Mat Recharge

The way Joe wanted. We’ll integrate modern exercise science with Joseph Pilates’ mat repertoire of exercises to create a class that improves core strength, flexibility, and posture while challenging coordination and mind-muscle connection. The music is softer to create an environment that promotes focus and self-awareness for 50 minutes. All levels welcome.

High Voltage Mat Sculpt ⚡️

🚨 Starting in May, High Voltage Mat Sculpt will be temporarily off our schedule while we give it a full refresh. When it returns, it’ll be rebuilt as the new Recharged-method of sculpt, ready to challenge and transform you into the strongest version of yourself. In the meantime, we don’t want you to lose your momentum. Here are two classes we think you’ll love: Full Body Mat Recharge & Jumpstart Reformer. Keep your eye on the schedule for when High Voltage Mat Sculpt returns. 🚨

Intro to Recharged Reformer

The foundation for Recharged Pilates. In this class, the primary focus will be on the essential reformer Pilates repertoire. We’ll soften the music and slow things down to allow for additional explanations and form corrections. Whether you have extensive reformer experience or this is your first class on a reformer, your mind and muscles will be challenged for 50 minutes. All levels welcome.

100% Power Reformer 🔋

Dynamic and challenging. This reformer Pilates class combines the precision of Pilates with the intensity of weight training. You’ll engage your muscles in new ways, building strength, endurance, and flexibility, all while maintaining control and form. Expect a full-body workout that pushes you to your limits for 50 minutes with the music turned up. We highly recommend beginning with an Intro to Recharged Reformer class (or several) before taking 100% Power Reformer 🔋.

Jumpstart Reformer

High-intensity, low-impact on the jump board. For 50 minutes, you’ll power through an energetic and exhilarating class that targets your legs, core, and glutes while building cardio endurance. The music and vibes are up to have you feeling stronger, toned, and revitalized. This class uses a jump board attachment on the reformer. We highly recommend having experience in Intro to Recharged Reformer and 100% Power Reformer 🔋 classes prior to taking Jumpstart Reformer.

Supercharged (Advanced) Reformer

Designed for our most experienced members, this class takes your reformer practice to the next level. Expect advanced sequences and challenging variations that demand focus, strength, and control. With a smaller class size of just six clients, you’ll get personalized attention as you move through the advanced Pilates repertoire. Prerequisite: You must receive approval before attending. Email hello@rechargedpilates.com for approval prior to creating a reservation for this class. We are looking for you to be a consistent Reformer client who feels confident with the exercises and techniques taught in our Intro to Recharged Reformer and 100% Power 🔋 classes. Without prior approval, or with repeated late-cancels and no-shows to this class, your reservation will be removed before the start of the class.

Olivia Harris

A certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, Olivia is the owner of Recharged Pilates. Opening this studio is a dream come true to Olivia, merging her lifelong passion for health and wellness with her desire to help others achieve their fitness and life goals. From her experience as a former collegiate cheerleader and coach, you can expect attention to detail and precision when in Olivia’s class. Outside of the studio, she’s walking the aisles of Trader Joe’s or dressing up as a princess with her daughter. Olivia’s recharge tip? Even on rest days, a little movement – stretching, walking or breathwork – keeps your energy flowing.

Heather Hagan

Heather first took a Pilates class in 1996 and fell in love with it instantly. Heather is certified in STOTT PILATES® on all apparatus, including Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. Her classes are taught based on the Principles of Pilates created by Joseph Pilates. Every client is a priority to her. She specializes in pelvic floor rehab and recovery, along with post-natal recovery from diastasis recti. Heather enjoys working with clients to help them better understand their full potential and how Pilates will help them reach their goals for a healthy life.

Natalie oversees the client experience at Recharged Pilates, from studio operations and scheduling to the details that make every visit feel intentional. STOTT PILATES® trained and deeply invested in the Recharged community, she works behind the scenes to create a studio environment that’s welcoming, seamless, and built around you. She’s often the first face you’ll see when you walk in, and she’s always here to help.

Lena Granger

Lena was introduced to Pilates while pursuing her BFA in dance at Wayne State University. After experiencing firsthand how her dance technique improved with the incorporation of Pilates in her personal practice, Lena certified in Level 1 and Level 2 STOTT PILATES® Mat and Reformer. She has been teaching classes in Pilates studios and dance studios since 2019. Her classes are aimed at bringing a deeper awareness to the innate connections and pathways in the body, with the hope that clients will feel stronger and move more efficiently in their activities outside of the studio. When she’s not at Recharged, you can find Lena at a dance rehearsal or hanging out with her husband and two dogs.

Ashley Wilson

Ashley is a certified Mat and Reformer instructor, also pursuing Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. She believes Pilates is a powerful, transformative practice that offers benefits for every body and is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their movement. Whether someone is brand new or experienced in their practice, her goal is to create supportive, welcoming sessions that help clients build strength, gain confidence, and develop a stronger connection to their movement. In her free time, Ashley enjoys deepening her own Pilates practice and spending quality time with her husband, Drew, and their Husky, Juneau.

Anne McDonough

Anne is a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor and has been teaching reformer Pilates since 2021, working with a diverse group of clients—from professional athletes to beginners. She is a certified health coach through IIN and loves all things health and wellness. When she isn’t teaching, you’ll find her out for walks in Ann Arbor where she lives, making matcha or hanging out with friends. Her classes are designed to challenge you while emphasizing proper form and mindful movement. You’ll be sure to leave any of Anne’s classes with a mood boost!
